About Wizard on Demand
Wizard on Demand is a technical content marketing agency headquartered in Berlin, with a team of 17 people working across content strategy, technical writing, and paid media.
We help B2B and developer-focused companies grow through high-quality content and targeted ad campaigns. We work with clients on an ongoing retainer basis and pride ourselves on delivering consistent, measurable results.
We're a remote-friendly, results-driven team. We move fast, communicate clearly, and hold ourselves to high standards. We're looking for someone who does the same
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager/Client Success Manager to own client relationships and keep our delivery engine running smoothly. You'll be the central point of contact for up to 7 clients simultaneously, coordinating across our content and ads teams to make sure everything gets done on time, to a high standard, and in line with client expectations.
This is a client-facing, hands-on role where no two days look exactly the same. You'll be onboarding new clients, running regular check-in calls, managing deadlines, overseeing ad account processes, and reporting on content performance, all while keeping our internal team aligned and our clients happy.
What You'll Be Doing
Client Management
- Onboard new clients and get them up to speed on our processes and expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for up to 7 client accounts
- Run regular check-in and status calls with clients
- Build strong, trust-based client relationships that lead to long-term retention
- Proactively flag risks, delays, or issues before they become problems
Client Onboarding
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, from kickoff call to first deliverable
- Set clear expectations around timelines, workflows, and communication cadences
- Ensure clients are fully briefed on how we work and feel confident from day one
- Document client preferences, goals, and context so the internal team can hit the ground running
Project Coordination
- Coordinate writers, editors, and ads managers to ensure deliverables are on time and on brief
- Manage deadlines and project timelines across multiple concurrent accounts
- Keep Asana continuously up to date and ensure the team is aligned on priorities
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal team members
Ads & Reporting
- Oversee the ads management process for clients running paid media campaigns
- Report on content and campaign performance to clients in a clear, structured way
- Track KPIs and ensure clients are kept informed of progress against their goals
Systems & Process
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose practical improvements
- Build and maintain lightweight systems that keep accounts running smoothly at scale
- Create templates, SOPs, and repeatable processes that reduce friction for both clients and the team
- Help ensure that as we grow, our delivery quality stays consistent
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, account management, or client success, ideally in a digital or content marketing agency
- Agency background strongly preferred. You understand the pace, the clients, and the complexity
- Exceptionally well organised. You manage multiple moving parts without dropping a ball
- Outstanding communicator in English, both written and spoken. You write clearly, speak confidently, and know how to adapt your tone for different audiences
- Naturally proactive. You don't wait to be told what to do; you anticipate and act
- Comfortable running both content retainer accounts and paid ads campaigns
- Experienced with tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Available during standard European office hours (CET/CEST or similar)
- Reliable, professional, and able to represent Wizard on Demand to senior stakeholders at client companies
Nice to Have
- Experience with paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)
- Familiarity with content marketing metrics and SEO reporting
- Prior experience working with remote teams
