We are looking for Technical Content Writers to join our team. Your minimum requirement is one article per week. You can join our team on either a part-time or full-time freelance basis.
At Wizard on Demand, we create technical articles for software companies around the world. We have a client list that includes household names in tech.
We accept candidates on a part-time or a full-time freelance basis. We write content marketing articles in English; our staff are both native speakers and those at CEFR C1 proficiency or above. Wizard on Demand is a 100% remote-only company. We have a small team of around ten staff currently based in Europe and North America; we accept applications globally. Your work timezone needs to align with our team in Europe (CET).
The work you’ll do with us
Our technical content writing process.
Your primary responsibility is writing the main body of articles. You will also be involved in:
Researching topics on software development, programming languages, and artificial intelligence.
Creation of outlines for 1300-word articles.
Learning how to review and provide feedback to other writers.
Receiving feedback from other writers and our technical editors.
Working with our graphic designer to create informative technical illustrations for your articles.

What you need for us to hire you...
You must have some kind of computer science experience in order to research and write for us. You don’t have to have a CS degree, but a certain level of hands-on experience is needed to both research and write about software topics to a sufficient standard. If you’ve never written code, then this role is not for you.
Great written and spoken English. You’ll be creating high-quality articles in English for native English readers. You need CEFR C1 level English if you are not a native speaker.
A positive attitude to contributing, learning, and growing in a remote-only work setting.
