This Privacy Policy explains how Wizard on Demand OÜ ("Wizard on Demand", "we", "us") collects, accesses, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data when you visit wizardondemand.com and when you or your organization connect a Google Ads account to the Wizard on Demand application (the "App"), which uses the Google Ads API to provide advertising management, reporting and analysis services.

1. Who we are

Wizard on Demand OÜ, registered at Tartu mnt 67 1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia, is the developer of the App and the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at any time at privacy@wizardondemand.com.

2. Google user data we access

When you sign in with Google and authorize the App, we access only the data covered by the permissions you grant on Google's consent screen. This includes:

• Basic Google account information: your name, email address and profile picture, used to identify you and secure your account.
• Google Ads account data made available through the Google Ads API for the accounts you authorize: account and customer IDs and names, account structure and settings, campaigns, ad groups, ads and ad copy, keywords, audiences, budgets and bids, conversion actions, and performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost and conversions.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Google, which allow the App to act on the accounts you authorized.

We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar or any other Google service through the App.

3. How we use Google user data

We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features of the App that you have requested, namely:

• Displaying reports, dashboards and analyses of your Google Ads performance.
• Generating recommendations and drafts, such as ad copy, keyword and budget suggestions, for your review.
• Making changes to your Google Ads campaigns when you or your authorized team members request or approve them.
• Authenticating you, maintaining your account, and providing support you ask for.

We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, including targeted, personalized, retargeted or interest-based advertising; we do not sell it to data brokers or information resellers; we do not use it to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes; and we do not use it to build databases for purposes unrelated to the App.

Use of artificial intelligence

Some App features use third-party AI models to analyze your Google Ads data and generate insights, recommendations and ad copy for you. This processing is performed solely to provide those user-facing features. We do not use Google user data obtained through Google APIs to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models, and our AI providers are contractually prohibited from using that data to train their models.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Wizard on Demand's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How we share, transfer and disclose Google user data

We do not sell Google user data, and we do not transfer or disclose it to third parties for purposes other than providing or improving the App's features. We share it only in these cases:

• Service providers acting on our behalf, such as cloud hosting and AI model providers, who process the data only on our instructions, under data processing agreements and confidentiality obligations, and only as needed to operate the App.
• Members of your own organization or agency team whom you authorize to access the connected Google Ads accounts.
• When required by law, regulation or valid legal process, or to protect the security of users and our services.
• As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case the recipient will be bound by this policy, and we will notify you in advance.

Our staff do not read your Google user data unless you give us permission for a specific request (for example, a support issue), it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or it is required by law.

5. How we protect your data

• All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest.
• OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed to other users.
• Access to production systems and data is restricted to authorized personnel on a least-privilege basis and protected with multi-factor authentication.
• We regularly review our security procedures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain Google user data only for as long as your Google Ads account remains connected to the App and is needed to provide the services you requested, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

• You can disconnect the App at any time from your Google Account permissions page (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions) or from within the App.
• When you disconnect the App or close your account, we revoke stored tokens immediately and delete the associated Google user data from our systems within 30 days, including from backups within their normal rotation cycle.
• You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@wizardondemand.com. We will confirm once deletion is complete.

7. Information we collect on our website

When you visit wizardondemand.com, contact us, book a meeting or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email address, company and message) and basic usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools. We use this information to respond to you, provide our services, send the newsletter you subscribed to, and understand how our website is used. You can manage non-essential cookies through our cookie banner and unsubscribe from emails at any time.

8. Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@wizardondemand.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, such as the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy whenever our practices change, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. If we change how the App accesses, uses, stores or shares Google user data, we will notify affected users by email or within the App before the change takes effect and, where required, ask for your consent again.
