These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wizard on Demand application (the "App"), which connects to the Google Ads API to provide advertising management, reporting and analysis services. The App is provided by Wizard on Demand OÜ, registered at Tartu mnt 67 1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia ("Wizard on Demand", "we", "us"). By signing in to or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The App lets you connect Google Ads accounts you are authorized to access, view reports and analyses of their performance, receive AI-assisted recommendations and drafts (such as ad copy, keyword and budget suggestions), and, where you request or approve it, make changes to your campaigns. We may add, change or remove features over time.
You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws, the Google Ads Terms and Conditions, Google Ads advertising policies and the Google API Terms of Service. You agree not to:
You retain all rights to your data, including the Google Ads data accessed through the App. You grant us a limited right to access and process that data solely to provide and improve the App's features for you. How we access, use, store, share, protect and delete your data, including Google user data, is described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.wizardondemand.com/privacy-policy, which forms part of these Terms. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect the App at any time from your Google Account permissions page (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions) or from within the App.
Recommendations, analyses and drafts generated by the App, including by AI models, may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing them before acting on them. You remain responsible for your advertising, including campaign settings, budgets, ad content and ad spend, and for any changes you request or approve through the App. Advertising costs are billed by Google under your own Google Ads account and are not charged by us.
If use of the App is subject to fees, they will be set out in a separate agreement, order or proposal with Wizard on Demand, which will govern pricing, invoicing and payment terms.
The App, including its software, design and content (excluding your data), is owned by Wizard on Demand OÜ and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App in accordance with these Terms. Content the App generates for you, such as ad copy drafts, may be used by you freely in your advertising.
You may stop using the App and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if Google revokes or restricts the App's access to its APIs. On termination, we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including about the accuracy of reports or recommendations, uninterrupted availability, or specific advertising results. The App depends on Google services that are outside our control.
To the extent permitted by law, Wizard on Demand will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or advertising spend, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for intent or gross negligence.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will update the "Last updated" date above. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or within the App before it takes effect. Continuing to use the App after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes will be resolved by the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
